These policies apply to all digital products, courses, downloadable materials, books, and creative tools sold through CreativeHeartForce™ at https://www.creativeheartforce.com.

1. Digital Product Policy (Instant Access)

All digital products—such as journals, guides, templates, audio files, courses, and downloads—are delivered instantly after purchase.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as download links and access instructions are sent directly to your inbox.

If you do not receive your download within 10 minutes, please check:

  • your spam/junk folder

  • promotions tab (Gmail)

  • that your email address was entered correctly

If still missing, email contact@natalieamey.com and we will gladly resend your files.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Because all digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.

This includes:

  • Digital downloads

  • Journals

  • Templates

  • Guides

  • Courses

  • Audio files

  • Creative tools

  • Life Story Reframer™ add-ons

  • Any instantly unlocked materials

 

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered on digital goods.

Books purchased through Amazon or another retailer are subject to that retailer’s return policies, not CreativeHeartForce™.

If you made a duplicate purchase or experienced a technical issue, please contact us. We will always do our best to assist you.

3. License & Usage Rights

All CreativeHeartForce™ products are protected by copyright and provided for personal use only.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute files

  • Alter, adapt, or rebrand materials for sale

  • Upload files to shared drives or groups

  • Use materials in a commercial project

  • Claim content as your own

You MAY:

  • Use the files for your own creative life, journaling, reflection, or personal development

  • Print materials for your own use

  • Save materials on your personal devices

4. Course Access & Expiration

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Courses are delivered through the platform indicated at checkout.

  • Access is granted to the purchaser only.

  • Login details may not be shared or transferred.

  • Course access remains active as long as the course is publicly offered.

If you lose access due to a login issue, email us for assistance.

5. Coaching & Program Terms

If coaching sessions or group programs are purchased through the shop, the following applies:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable

  • Program purchases are final

  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or personal results

Coaching is a supportive, educational service and is not a replacement for therapy or medical care.

6. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are added to the shop in the future (books, journals, merchandise):

  • Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout

  • Delivery times vary by region

  • Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced; email us with a photo within 7 days

  • Returns for physical goods are accepted only if stated on the product page

If you do not currently offer physical goods, you can omit this section.

7. Technical Support

If you experience:

  • A failed download

  • Corrupted files

  • Access issues

  • Broken links

  • Playback problems

  • Login issues
